Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

This is the first place you should check for an answer to any question or problem with Cocentric. Whether the software is doing something you didn’t expect or you just need to know how to do something, it’s likely that there is an answer on the FAQs or a pointer to where you can find out more information.

We update this section of the website whenever Cocentric users ask questions that we think other users may also have. These sometimes come directly, through the Forum or even from Cocentric Partners, so it’s sometimes handy to have a look even if you don’t have an immediate question. You never know when you’ll find an answer to a question you didn’t even know you wanted to ask!

Guides

We are building up a comprehensive library of subject specific how-to guides. This is the place to look for detailed instructions on the operation of Cocentric.

You’ll find everything from configuration of the system and expert customisation tips, to “How to manage your Sales Funnel” or “How to search for a contact”.

We can’t cover everything all at once, but as soon as a need arises in any area not covered you can be sure we’ll add a user guide for that task almost immediately.

Forum

User forums can be lively places, and one thing you can be sure of is that anything and everything gets aired on them. They are great places to find up-to-date information, but also to get answers and to understand different ways of doing things.

The Cocentric Forum is where you should look to instigate or contribute to discussions concerning Cocentric, and to ask specific questions. It’s an informal place to get the help of anyone who’s willing to provide it.

You can post questions, comments, feedback, and suggestions for future releases of Cocentric. You’ll get responses from other users, from Cocentric Partners who’ll be experts in different business areas, and our own developers and experts will be on hand to help and contribute when necessary. And we hope you’ll answer other users’ questions as you get more expert with different parts of the software.
